Over the past months, 3Qcode has actively participated in key industry events across Poland and internationally, contributing to discussions around no-code and low-code development.
From Milan to Warsaw, low-code and no-code are shaping the future!
This spring was packed with inspiration, innovation, and insightful conversations for 3Qcode. As a company proudly building future-ready software with no-code and low-code platforms like Mendix and Creatio, we make it a point to stay close to the heartbeat of the industry. That’s why our team was present at several key events across Europe in recent weeks — to learn, exchange ideas, and strengthen our position as the go-to partner for low-code development in Poland.
Here’s a recap of where we’ve been, what we’ve seen, and what it means for the future of automation and software delivery.
No Code Day Milano (May 7–8)

Milan welcomed innovators from all over Europe to discuss the evolution of no-code and low-code development. No Code Day Milano was a vibrant showcase of enterprise-level tools, use cases, and strategic insights, particularly relevant to sectors looking to digitize fast.
Our developer Maksym joined the event to dive deep into platform comparisons, real-life implementation stories, and how no-code is reshaping product teams and startup agility. Among the hot topics were integrations with AI-based tools, cross-platform workflows, and the role of no-code in product MVPs.
His takeaway? The no-code space is maturing — and fast. Businesses are no longer asking “should we use no-code,” but rather “how far can we go with it?”
No-code & AI Event #3 – Gdańsk (May 16)

Back in Poland, our CTO Jakub Strychowski headed to Gdańsk for the third edition of the “Co na No-code & AI” series. The event focused on real-world business cases combining no-code/low-code development with AI — particularly generative AI — in enterprise settings.
Jakub shared thoughts with fellow tech leaders on the challenges of integrating Gen AI responsibly, the growing demand for platform interoperability, and the importance of involving developers in citizen developer programs. He also brought back some exciting ideas for blending AI capabilities into low-code automation — ideas we’re already exploring in our internal R&D.
As Jakub put it: “We’re past the experimentation phase. Gen AI and low-code need to be framed as complementary tools — not competitors.”
3Qcode Team Integration (June 7–8)
Imagine this: your fridge notices you are out of milk and orders more automatically. Or your car schedules its own service. This is the idea of machine customers – smart devices that make purchases or decisions on behalf of humans.
In the future, machines will become important “customers.” They will compare products, manage payments, and even negotiate prices. For companies, this means new types of clients to serve and new ways to design products and services.
If your business sells online, it may soon have to impress not only humans but also machines.
No-Code Day Warsaw by Creatio (June 12)

Warsaw hosted one of the most prominent events in the region focused on business automation: No-Code Day Warsaw by Creatio. With a keynote by Katherine Kostereva, Creatio’s CEO, and powerful client success stories, the event showcased how companies are designing end-to-end processes without writing traditional code.
Our CEO, Jacek Zawadzki, joined the discussions around organizational readiness for no-code transformation, the role of process orchestration, and why platform governance will be crucial in the next wave of adoption.
As an official Creatio partner in Poland, 3Qcode sees massive potential in bringing scalable no-code solutions to Polish enterprises. Jacek’s attendance reinforced our commitment to shaping this ecosystem alongside global and local leaders.
Mendix Meetup Warsaw – AI + Low-Code Synergy (June 12)

On the same day, our developer Janek took part in the Mendix Poland Meetup in Warsaw, which explored the synergy between low-code and artificial intelligence. With Mendix recently investing heavily into AI-assisted logic builders and process monitoring, this meetup was all about what’s next for app developers using the platform.
Janek explored technical deep dives into how Mendix is enabling developers to integrate AI workflows into everyday business logic, improving the way apps react, predict, and automate. These learnings are directly feeding into our project design strategies — especially for clients looking to blend smart decision-making with robust process control.

Our presence at these recent events underlines our role not only as a builder of no-code/low-code applications, but as an active voice in shaping how these tools evolve. In October, we’ll be participating in the 12th Polish Congress of Entrepreneurship (XII Polski Kongres Przedsiębiorczości) in Wrocław (October 20–21). This prestigious event brings together leaders from business, science, and public administration to discuss the future of the Polish economy — including key topics such as digital transformation, automation, and smart technologies. As a recognized partner of Mendix and Creatio in Poland, 3Qcode will contribute to the conversation on how no-code and low-code can drive innovation across industries.
