Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a strong background in sales and client relationship management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience, with a deep understanding of business development strategies and sales processes. This role requires expertise in IT services or technology sales, as well as proficiency in building long-term client partnerships. Experience with low-code and no-code platforms like Mendix or Creatio would be highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Actively acquiring new clients and building long-term business relationships.
  2. Selling IT services, including IT specialist outsourcing and solutions based on low-code and no-code technologies.
  3. Preparing sales offers and participating in tenders.
  4. Representing the company at industry events, trade fairs, and conferences.
  5. Collaborating with the marketing team to create marketing strategies that support sales.
  6. Monitoring the market and analyzing client needs to propose suitable solutions.
  7. Reporting sales results and developing future strategies.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Polish and a good command of English.
  • Experience in IT services sales or IT specialist outsourcing.
  • Knowledge of low-code and no-code technologies and their business applications or a willingness to learn.
  • Experience in preparing offers and participating in tenders.
  • Ability to represent the company at industry events and conduct business negotiations.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and ability to collaborate with a marketing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience, with a deep understanding of business processes and technical systems. This role requires expertise in Creatio or other CRM systems, as well as proficiency in SQL.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  2. Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
  3. Develop and implement CRM solutions, with a preference for Creatio.
  4. Use SQL for data analysis, reporting, and integration tasks.
  5. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless system integration.
  6. Provide ongoing support and training to users.

Requirements:
