Job Description

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst with a strong technical background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience, with a deep understanding of business processes and technical systems. This role requires expertise in Creatio or other CRM systems, as well as proficiency in SQL.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
2. Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
3. Develop and implement CRM solutions, with a preference for Creatio.
4. Use SQL for data analysis, reporting, and integration tasks.
5. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless system integration.
6. Provide ongoing support and training to users.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Creatio or any other CRM system.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Established knowledge of low-code technology
• Technical aptitude with a focus on system integration and data analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
