Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a strong background in sales and client relationship management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience, with a deep understanding of business development strategies and sales processes. This role requires expertise in IT services or technology sales, as well as proficiency in building long-term client partnerships. Experience with low-code and no-code platforms like Mendix or Creatio would be highly beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively acquiring new clients and building long-term business relationships.
- Selling IT services, including IT specialist outsourcing and solutions based on low-code and no-code technologies.
- Preparing sales offers and participating in tenders.
- Representing the company at industry events, trade fairs, and conferences.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create marketing strategies that support sales.
- Monitoring the market and analyzing client needs to propose suitable solutions.
- Reporting sales results and developing future strategies.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Polish and a good command of English.
- Experience in IT services sales or IT specialist outsourcing.
- Knowledge of low-code and no-code technologies and their business applications or a willingness to learn.
- Experience in preparing offers and participating in tenders.
- Ability to represent the company at industry events and conduct business negotiations.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and ability to collaborate with a marketing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
