No Code Days 2024, held on November 18-19 at EXPO XXI in Warsaw, was a significant event in Poland’s technology sector, focusing on the promotion of no-code and low-code solutions. The conference featured 52 speakers who shared their expertise across various sessions and workshops. The event attracted approximately 400 participants, including industry professionals, developers, and enthusiasts eager to explore the latest advancements in no-code technologies.
This edition of No Code Days underscored the growing interest and adoption of no-code platforms in Poland, highlighting their potential to streamline application development and foster innovation without traditional coding. The conference served as a catalyst for knowledge exchange and networking, contributing to the broader acceptance and implementation of no-code solutions in the Polish tech community.

Why did we use Creatio for this project?
At No Code Days in Warsaw, our CEO, Jacek Zawadzki, shared how 3Qcode used Creatio’s no-code platform to deliver a modern debt management system. He explained how we managed the entire process—from building the IT project to migrating it to a new technology platform. A key part of the work involved developing one of the system’s four core modules, supported by no-code tools.
Jacek also demonstrated how this approach made project development faster and simplified product management, showing the practical benefits of no-code in the debt collection industry.

We’re ending a busy year
This year has been incredibly dynamic for us at 3Qcode, marked by participation in 11 industry events across banking, debt collection, and logistics. We also expanded our global presence with visits to Miami and Rotterdam, gaining valuable insights and building international connections. Looking ahead, we are focused on ambitious plans to promote no-code and low-code solutions among Polish businesses, empowering them to automate workflows and accelerate digital transformation. It’s been a year of growth and innovation, laying the groundwork for even greater achievements in the future.
